Pandoras Box Error 30369 Recovery Procedure (Provisional Version)

Check for Errors  

  • Review only on control computer to identify any error messages on the screen. Error 30369

  • If Pandoras Box software is not open or it is not have access, access it through RealVNC:

    1. Open the RealVNC software.

    2. Select the screen with the IP address or write your own PB IP Address: XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX

    3. Click to connect.

    4. When prompted for a DEFAULT password, enter: Pandoras.

  • Once connected, check the Pandoras Box window for the error message.

  • Take a screenshot to save the Error.

  • If the same error has occurred repeatedly and Pandoras Box crashes, write down the exact date and time of the incident.

  • This information is required for tracking and updating the active support ticket.

Restart Pandoras Box  

  • After recording the error details, close or end the current task and open the Pandoras Box software again.

  • When prompted to open or create a new project, select “Open”.

  • In the folder that appears "This PC/Local Disk (C:)/Christie/content/projects/, locate and open the correct project file

  • Project File Name: Fear_Not_Show_Test.pbb

  • This will load the proper backup of the Pandoras Box project.

 Access the Sequence Inspector  

  • Go to the top left corner of the screen and click “Project.”

  • From the drop-down menu, select “Sequences.”

  • A small submenu will appear; click on the file named [1] unnamed (indicated by a clock icon).

  • Once selected, the Inspector window (on the right side of the screen) will update, confirming that you are viewing the inspector for that specific sequence.

  • Reset and check the design again
